The PlantFather Credit & Debit Card Skin brings a little botanical drama to the card that may or may not be responsible for expanding that collection in the first place. Against a warm vintage-inspired background, our suited PlantFather tends his leafy charge beneath the words:

It’s part plant-person joke, part tiny tribute to the people who keep things growing, and a particularly fun gift for plant dads, plant-loving fathers, or anyone who has quietly assumed responsibility for an unreasonable number of leafy dependents.

Professionally printed on premium repositionable vinyl, the skin covers the front of most standard credit and debit cards while leaving the chip accessible for everyday purchases. It also helps protect the card surface from everyday scratches and wear.

And because lining up a tiny rectangle perfectly on the first try is apparently a skill none of us asked to develop, the vinyl is repositionable during application. Lift it, adjust it and try again until everything sits where it belongs. (See video of application included.)

Choose Your Chip Size

Before adding to cart, take a quick look at the chip on your card and compare it with the chip-size guide shown in the listing photos.

Choose Standard (Small) Chip) or Large Chip to match your card.

Application & Use

Start with a clean, dry card surface. Align the skin with the edges of your card and chip opening, then smooth it into place.

If the alignment isn’t quite right, gently lift and reposition the skin during installation. The premium vinyl is designed to allow multiple adjustments without tearing, stretching or wrinkling.

These skins are intended primarily for credit and debit cards used for everyday purchases. Although the vinyl is extremely thin, we do not recommend using a skinned debit card in an ATM. Some ATMs use fraud-detection systems that may identify an altered card and retain it. Compatibility with every ATM or card reader cannot be guaranteed. Use of a skinned card in an ATM is at the cardholder’s discretion.
