Shipping policy

XRCraft makes every effort to ship your purchases to you within 3 business days of your order, with the exception of customizable, made to order, or other speciality products. For Items that we foresee are unable to ship within that timeframe, we will contact you using the contact information you provide at checkout to update you on your order and, where shipping timing negatively impacts your desire to complete the purchase, we may offer a cancellation/refund of those items. Items you purchase may ship separately at our sole discretion.
